These three stones work on the throat chakra, bringing the necessary calm to enhance one's communication with the world. Apatite is known to promote mental clarity and communication, aquamarine is associated with inner calm and tranquility, and amazonite is known to promote emotional balance and serenity. The blue and green ceramic heart, hand-painted, originates from Arizona and has been crafted by Native Americans. It serves as a reminder of the importance of adopting non-violent and compassionate communication towards others, but especially towards oneself, which aids in one's inner peace.

It can be shorter! Traditionally, a mala is composed of 108 stones, but it can also be made shorter; the important rule to follow is that they are multiples of nine.
