COACHING - 3 FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS  - 50 minutes each

After our initial session, this is the perfect way to reinforce and provide a strong impetus for profound change. The follow-up of a coaching program is crucial to ensure that the benefits persist in the long term, allowing you to continue growing and developing both professionally and personally.

We can schedule the sessions every week, or every 15 days or, if you prefer, every month.

What we'll tackle together: This process aims to solidify the teachings and experiences gained during the program, providing ongoing support and assessing the progress made.

Progress Evaluation: We will evaluate your progress in relation to the established goals. We'll evaluate the program experiences, difficulties, and challenges encountered.

Adjustment of Planning: If necessary, we will adjust your path based on feedback and results.

Additional Resources: If needed, additional resources, readings, or tools will be provided to further support your development.

The follow-up process will adapt to your specific needs and may evolve over time based on changes in circumstances or goals.
