Coaching - first sessions

1. Book your session: We'll choose a time that suits your schedule.

2. Information sharing: Before the first session, I ask you to share in writing the goals you intend to achieve.

3. Coaching session: We'll meet via video call. It will be an open dialogue centered on you and your aspirations.

4. Personalized follow-up: You'll receive a follow-up with additional resources, tips, and a personalized action plan.

After the first session, I'll be available to answer your questions and provide further support, but it could happen, and it happens often, that this will be our first and last session because it could be enough to generate the necessary transformation.
